4 Modules of FlexSys

UVB Excimer Pulsed Light - 308nm

The UVB modules of the Flexsys cover a wide range of dermatological and aesthetics indications. Two different UVB modules are available to optimally adapt the Flexsys to your treatment preferences:

  • The classic UVB EPL® 308nm module with excimer technology
  • The compact UVB EPL® lite 308nm module with LED technology
Indications
  • Vitiligo
  • Psoriasis
  • Alopecia areata
  • Atopic dermatitis
  • Mycosis fungoides
  • Lichen Planus

Yellow light in the wavelength spectrum from 570 to 595nm has been the gold standard for safe and effective vascular treatments for decades. GME’s yellow laser of wavelength 577nm corresponds to the absorption maximum of energy in oxyhemoglobin (HbO2, oxygen-rich blood).

Indications
  • Treatment of superficial vascular lesions: rosacea, teleangiectasia, couperose, spider naevi, hemangioma, port-wine stain, red spider veins and post-acne erythema
  • Removal of benign pigmented lesions
  • Removal of skin changes by means of coagulation and vaporization

Green Laser – 532nm

The green laser is the versatile workhorse for many dermatologists. With a wavelength of 532nm, the green laser can be used for vascular treatments as well as depigmentation and ablative treatments. Green light of wavelength 532nm in particular is strongly absorbed by hemoglobin, but only negligibly by water. The green laser module of the Flexsys thus cover a wide range of indications.

Indications
  • Treatment of superficial vascular lesions: rosacea, teleangiectasia, couperose, spider naevi, hemangioma, port-wine stain and red spider veins
  • Removal of benign pigmented lesions
  • Removal of skin changes by means of coagulation and vaporization

The Flexsys fractional laser module gently heats targeted micro treatment zones (MTZ) to stimulate collagen production, improving skin texture and tone with minimal downtime. This non-ablative treatment addresses skin irregularities and pigmentation without damaging surrounding tissue, making it a safe and well-tolerated option for rejuvenation.

Indications
  • Skin resurfacing
  • Treatment of dyschromia and cutaneous lesions: age spots, sun spots, melasma, periorbital wrinkles, wrinkles, acne scars and surgical scars
